About the role
We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter / Panel Beater Supervisor to join our in-house workshop team.
Working in our purpose-built facility, this is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys supporting a team, and has a genuine passion for vehicles. 🔧
What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out spray painting and refinishing work to a high standard 🎨
- Completing panel repairs and assisting with vehicle preparation
- Removing and refitting parts as required
- Supervising workshop repairs and supporting team performance
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
- Contributing positively to team goals and workshop outcomes
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Previous experience as a Spray Painter and/or Panel Beater
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Experience with small repairs and parts removal/refit
- The ability to complete panel work confidently
- A passion for vehicles and workshop excellence
- Leadership capability or previous supervisory experience
- A reliable, hardworking, team-first attitude
- Good communication skills
- A current manual driver licence is preferred
